Discover 10 empowering podcasts for women’s growth and personal development. Tune in to inspiring stories and expert advice to elevate your life.
Although we both agree that reading books is highly beneficial, let’s be honest – finding the time to read can be difficult.
Personally, I try to read for a little while before bed to calm my thoughts and help me fall asleep faster.
I stick to this routine every night to avoid mindlessly scrolling through my phone.
The main advantage of podcasts and audiobooks is that I can listen to them anywhere. For me, that means at the gym, while doing household chores, and during my daily commute.
They keep me entertained and help me stay focused, especially during mundane tasks like cleaning. The best part is that there’s so much to learn from them! So, without further ado, here are the top 10 podcasts every woman should listen to this year.

Most importantly, it aims to eliminate any feelings of shame associated with caring for your erotic life.

The book is hilarious and well-written, almost like chatting with a wise friend rather than reading a self-help book.
